I had the best experience with my dog here. The people are so awesome and friendly

my dog could not have been in a better place. It is clean and my dog was treated as though he belonged to them with tons of love and treats and yes he was spoiled to the bone. Thank you for the wonderful care you gave my dog. I love you guys and will def be back again.

Be afraid BE VERY AFRAID in other words you really need to keep your pets far away from this madhouse. Its filthy, its smelly, its crammped, and the owner looks like a deranged psycho. Besides the fact I have seen him wandering the casinos, when he is to be watching all your pets. I cannot believe this establishment is not closed by the ASPCA or the health dept in Atlantic City- Just a terrible chamber of horrors

WOW! WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRIZE to find such a wonderful pet facility! We have never boarded our dogs before. We always take them wherever we go, or have a family member watch them. Our girls are very attached and don’t like to be away from my husband and I. We took them to the Atlantic City Pet Motel and they loved it. They received lots of attention, their accommodations were large airy and clean, and they made lots of new friends. The owners and staff seemed to treat all of the pets like family. When I picked them up they were clean, brushed and had adorable kerchiefs with pictures of puppies around their necks. Their beds and blankets were returned laundered and fresh. Most of all my 2 babies were very happy staying at the Pet Motel. We will be back. We highly recommend them.

My Pets love to go to the pet hotel. My husband and I have been using the Atlantic City Pet

Hotel for 6 years. They are located in a safe residential area called Chelsea Heights near my home in

Ventnor Heights.Their hours are convenient. The owner, manager, and support staff are excellent. Our dogs can't wait to enter the Pet Hotel, and, they race from the car to the front door. Our cat is happy staying upstairs (away from the dogs) in her own large cat condo which has different levels so she can jump around. The back of the condos face windows which allow Baby Cat to look outside, and see the birds, and squirrels. She also is allowed out of her condo to run around. They keep the Pet Hotel very clean, and odor- free. They keep vases filled with star gazer lillies, lilacs, and other pleasant smelling flowers.

I recently referred friends coming from Virginia to the Pet Hotel. They were very happy with the many excellent reviews on the internet, and concerned with the not so good reviews. We can tell you from our experiences that your pet will be very happy there. The Pet Hotel offers everything listed on their internet site, and much more. My husband and and I researched all of the reviews on several search engines. It seems to us that the same person, or persons are behind the negative reviews. As regular repeat customers of the Pet Hotel their reviews sound like they are describing another pet boarding location. We have never found any of the negative comments to be true. My husband and I believe these reviews are written by a Pet Sitter since they seem to push Pet Sitters in their reviews. Those looking for a Kennel, or Pet Hotel are not interested in pet sitters who come to their homes once, or twice a day to walk and feed my dogs, or to feed my cat, and clean their litter. I know when my friends, and relatives bring their pets to Atlantic City, they are very happy with the Pet Hotel. They love to visit their pets, which most Kennels and Pet Hotels do not allow. When you visit the Pet Hotel, you will agree with us. It is a wonderful place that is run by professional, caring people. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. When considering a Kennel, Pet Hotel or Groomer, we recommend that you check them out. We want the best for our pets, and we are sure that you do as well.

Don't do it. I feel horrible for ever leaving my cat here. She didn't stay downstairs which I was aware of and was supposed to be kept upstairs in her own "suite". They told me she'd be given bottled water. That they would play with her. I can guarantee she was pent up in a cage the entire time. The whole sch-peal was a lie!!!

They never let me see where she stayed and she was so freeked out when I picked her up. Ever since I left her there she has been to the vet countless amount of times from licking herself excessively from nervousness. The next visit she'll be on kitty prozac according to my vet.

The place is dirty and reeked of urine. I never saw the owners but I guess their children that seem to be running the place.

I don't know where these good reviews are coming from but I should have taken my cat elsewhere and regret ever stepping foot in that place.

Please, if you love your animal-don't do it!!

Don't make the mistake!!!. When I first walked in the first thing I wanted to do was grab my dog and run out the door!! The office was disgusting (to say the least) and had random dogs running around. I dont know why I even left my dog there, it was a huge mistake! I couldnt even enjoy myself because all I did was worry about him. The next day when I picked him up he smelled awful, was very sick and completely freaked out! .. It was very obvious he was not cared for. I honestly think they have no idea how to care for pets and its ashame my dog had to suffer... !!!

HORRIBLE. I feel so guilty for bringing my dog here! Its dirty and creepy. When I picked up my dog she smelled like urine so bad it was unbearable for the 5 minute drive home. Her white furr had yellow stains and she had diarrhea and was throwing up for a couple days, I felt like the worst mommy ever.. PLEASE dont put your dog threw whatever the heck my dog had to go threw!!! Learn from my mistake!!

Theres no way this place got all good reviews, it must be the owner.. Anyone who takes there dog here will see what im talking about anyway and know the real truth...

Pleasantly surprised!. The staff and facilities were excellent. When we picked up our new puppy Sheba, the staff spent time with my children. They showed them how to brush and walk her. Sheba was very happy when we picked her up and

wanted to stay and play with the other dogs. I have never worked with a pet business that is so caring and professional. The owners make you feel that their home is your home. My wife loved the personal touches of fresh flowers on the desk, beautiful dog pictures and displays. When we were leaving the pet hotel they gave us a bottle of water for Sheba's trip home, treats and a doggy clean up bag. WOW!!! WHAT SERVICE!!!

WHAT AN AWESOME PLACE!. I booked a week long vacation before I adopted Hailey. None of my friends or family members were available to take care of Hailey the week that I was going. I checked out several kennels and could not find one that I felt comfortable leaving her with. I called a pet sitter but did not want to leave Hailey home alone 24 hours a day and have someone just come in three times a day to walk and feed her. A few of my friends have used the Pet Hotel in Atlantic City and had wonderful things to say about them. I went to visit the Pet Hotel before bringing Hailey and was very impressed. The owner took me for a tour and spent about 20 minutes telling me about the facilities and answering my questions. I had an opportunity to speak to a few different customers both bringing in and picking up there pets. They all had only the best things to say about the Pet Hotel and told me that my dog would be very well taken care of and very happy there. I gave them a try and I am so glad I did. The Pet Hotel is 1 hour and 25 minutes from my home and well worth the trip. The location is good and easy to get to. There is plenty of free parking. They have many things in place to protect the dogs. They have a pretty large staff of dog lovers who take care of and play with the pets. The place is kept very clean. They do not have small cages like I saw at my Vet's office and the other Kennels I visited. They have 3 different size areas for each size dog with plenty of room even with the bed, toys and blanket I brought for Hailey. There were a few caretakers cleaning, playing with the dogs aand walking them. I was very pleased to see how each person handled the dogs with lots of personal attention and love. I was very happy to see that they keep records on the walks, feedings and personal information on each dog. I was very glad that I found a place that is open 365 days a year and have the owners living there. Hailey got to play with dogs her own size and made lots of friends. I was concerned that she might not like playing with other dogs. The owner tested her first. I was then given a choice of having Hailey play in small dogs grooups throughout the day or having her upfront. I chose to have her upfront during the day where she played with otehr little dogs. They had dog houses, beds and toys for the small dogs in the front gated area. They were all fed seperately and had plenty of wateraat all times. In the evening the dogs were put in their individaul accommodations after their last walk of the night. Even though they are almost an hour and a half from my house I willl definitely use the Pet Hotel whenever I travel..
