Beware of fruit flies.
Bobby Flay is a beautiful large steak-house in the center of Borgata's casino, but the service was below suprisingly below my expectations. My cocktail was served with flat soda. And our wine was ordered at the same time as our appetizers and main course. The wine was served long after the appetizers were completed, and once I had to remind the waitress that we actually ordered wine. The red wine was served at a cooler temperature than normal, but was good. The steak was good, but the signature steak sauce tasted like a simple A1. For a good half hour, there were three bus boys trying to level the table adjacent to us that wasn't even being utilized. It was extremely distracting during dinner. And worst of all during the entire course of the meal, there were fruit flies wandering all over the restaurant. If you're looking for a good steak house in Atlantic City, do not try Bobby Flay.

FINALLY.....A STEAKHOUSE WITH FLAVOR!!.
Bobby Flay has taken some of the best ideas from his NYC spots and transposed them to the wonderful Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City. To me, the difference between great steakhouses....Peter Luger, Sparks, Prime, etc....is negligible. Great steaks, solid sides, a strong winelist is what each one should (and does) have. The difference with Bobby Flay's steakhouse at the Borgata are the flavors!! Whether you have great steaks hand rubbed with his special Southwestern touches or the warmly-delicious "Louisiana Filet"..which is a filet, cut into 2 filets and one is served with a bernaise sauce and the other piece with a Crawfish sauce.....or perhaps have some fun with Bobby's take on the Philadelphia Cheesesteak....you will get a solid piece of meat that has "fun" added to it. So, if you want a solid meal built around great steak and want a more "responsive" staff, a fun and beautiful atmosphere...and really good choices to complement that steak (please try the Lobster/Avocado appetizer....it's a killer)....then come enjoy Bobby's idea of a wonderful...and flavorful...steakhouse. Word of advice...asked to be seated in the back...the restaurant in huge; but gets noisier up front.
