what happens when you EXPAND.
you create a great steakhouse ...you open other locations and what happens ?- you lose control of quality. This is a very badly run place - nothing like the orginal in NYC.
The service is so bad, customers are treated so bad
the staff and management are the age of fast food hamburger stalls. save your money....there are oher good steak housed in AC. THIS ONE SHOULD CLOSE DOWN - if they can't give any better service - than a Duncan Donuts.

good food, awful service. Go elsewhere.
10 guys for dinner, all show up in great moods from the beach and a few good hands at another casino. We are seated in the back and the waiter takes our order. Then we didn't see him for quite a while. We had to beg for ice water while they were pushing the expensive Voss sparking water.
We order our meals and then wait for about 40 minutes for them to arrive. I ordered the Signature Strip steak, a bone in rib eye. I eat this steak alot and in many different restaurants. This was the lowest quality steak I had eaten, and three other guys tried it and agreed. I shared this opinion with the waiter and he proceeded to tell me that the four of us must be wrong. we get the bill and the manager tells us we have to leave for another seating. that really did it for all of us.
Most everyone else was satisfied with their meal but across the board we all agreed the service was so poor that we would never return.
It is a shame that they are dulling the name of a classic NYC spot that has phenomenal steaks.
Don't waste your time.
