Room info was incorrect. I used AC Hotel Experts to book a 2 queen bed hotel room at Bally's only to find out upon check in that the hotel doesn't have 2 queen bed rooms only 2 double bed rooms. The night was not completely ruined however I would have been able to book a better deal if I had better information.

They saved me money!!!. I couldn't believe how much money I was quoted by the casino when I was headed down to AC for memorial day weekend. I thought they would have been cheaper for someone who likes to gamble as much as me, but their prices were through the roof!

My wife and I actually considered renting a house in Ventnor instead of staying at a casino because the price was comparable. Then we found AC Hotel Experts and wow, the girls there really work hard to save you money. I couldn't be happier with my experience with this company and I would strongly encourage anyone to book a room through them, I don't know how they do it but their rooms really are cheaper.

And as far as accommodations, everything was exactly as they described on the phone...they're almost like a concierge service, the way they handle all of your needs. When I needed concert tickets for a sold out show at Borgata, they were able to get me in the 5th row.

I got a great deal here!. This is a great site and I found all the best discounted hotel deals on there website. We paid for the room and checked into the hotel a few days later. Nice experience at the Taj Mahal and we got an upgrade to a watereview room since we were customers of ac hotel experts. Elizabeth was our customer service rep and we chatted with her before we booked. She was very helpful and nice.

We are going to use them again!

Great Time in Atlantic City!. We made a reservation using Hotel Experts because they had a deal that I couldn't find on any other site. We stayed at the Trump Plaza and we received $40 in chips, access to the chairmans club which is a VIP room with free beverages and food (Can you say Kettle One!).
