WOULDN'T EAT THERE FOR FREE !. I'd give this place 1/2 star if I could. My boyfriend is from NY, and drove to SJ where I live to take me to dinner for my birthday. He made reservations for 7:00 on a Sat. evening. As luck would have it, there was a snow storm that night and the whole White Horse Pike had power outages. We drove there and saw cars in the parking lot, so we went in anyway. When we got there, a private party was in progress in the banquet room. However, we were told that the restaurant was closed and they could not serve us. They had our phone #, but no one bothered to call us! In addition, they had a "oh well" kind of attitude. The manager just said there was nothing they could do, and walked away. No offer for a meal voucher or drink to come back (not that we would anyway after their attitude!). THIS PLACE HAS STUFFY AND UNCARING STAFF AND FOR THE PRICES THEY CHARGE, IT IS APPALLING ! We ended up going to A Touch of Italy and had a spectacular dinner with a warm staff and nice atmosphere...........GO THERE BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.

Top Notch- For a long long time.. If you want to be pampered here is the establishment to fulfill your desires.

Planning a wedding, you can't go wrong at the Ram's Head

One evening while dining my family were telling me about how my father brought my older sisters here way back in the early 50's. Jean still remembered the spaghetti and meatballs that she always used to get as a little girl. The manager heard us talking about it and proceeded to bring out an old menu from c 1953. Yep Spaghetti was like $0.69. I think the steak was about $1.79 or so.

OK, some things have changed, but always very very delicious. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did!

Editorial Review. Upscale bistro serves American seafood, steak, veal and lamb dishes in a lavish Victorian-style setting.
