Wonderful Experience !. My sister and I both got our bridal gowns at Wedding Belles as well as our bridesmaids gowns. most of our friends have gotten their dressers there too. The girls at wedding belles are so nice and accommodating , always friendly., helpful and our dresses always fit perfect.

We highly recommend Wedding Belles!

Awful Bridesmaid Experience. I had to purchase my bridesmaid dress here for a friend's wedding.

First, the staff acted as if they were doing me a huge favor by even allowing me to purchase their dress there.

Next, measured me and ordered me a Size 2. I am a Size 8-10 in most bridesmaid dresses. I informed them multiple times that I wanted a larger size, and my measurements re-taken, but they refused and ordered me a 2 anyway. When it came in, I couldn't even come close to zipping it up the back. I purchased the dress in AGAIN, in my correct size. I was promised by Wedding Belles it would come in time for the wedding. It did not, and yet I was still charged for both the 1st and 2nd dress. I contested the charge on my credit card for the 2nd dress, as it never arrived and I never took ownership of it. I won and the charge was removed, as Wedding Belles couldn't prove they came through on their service. Wedding Belles actually called and yelled at me for contesting the charge.

Amazing customer service and warm, friendly atmosphere!!. This bridal boutique is great. I traveled all the way from Jersey City to meet these fantastic women. I showed up less than an hour before closing, tried on over 30 dresses, and helped organize fittings for the entire bridal party ALL IN ONE DAY!!! I couldn't believe how friendly and caring these women are. I suggest them to any bride, maid of honor, or anyone who wants to look great! Wedding Belles is superior in customer service and took care of my needs from the minute I walked in the shop.
