DONT GO THERE!!!,they don't know anything about mechanic!!!!!! I am from washington dc,I went there and my car was broken,I found them from internet,they took 100$ for 7 miles to tow my car,then they didn't fix my car,they told me you need new engine then engine was 5.000$,my car slept there almost 1 month and a half.they never keep their promises.owner name is Kingston,he promised to me ''I will check your car,then I will call you back''but they never call me back about my car.They didn't do anything for my car but they took my 110$ again for fake checking,They are towing guys,not mechanicer. if you go there,you will have too many problems!!! I sent towing from DC to there,then i paid 700$ for DC towing driver,DC mechanicer fix my car just for 400$ here:) Problem was just starter:) they don't understand about car,after 2 months finally my car running.

DO NOT CALL THEM FOR A TOW. I broke down on the express way and guenther is the only one that service the express way my uncle owns a towing service but i could not call him for a tow gunthers chagred me 280 dollars for 20 milles dont go here

Don't go here. I was in a car accident and the nearest place with towing service was Guenther's. (Police Suggestion) This place is so unprofessional. They smoke in their office that is 5ft from where they work on cars! I left something in my car and needed to go get it so I go over there. I waiting about a minute before they even noticed I was there. This old lady gave me such a hard time. I don't know if it was the color of my skin, my age or she was having a bad day. She says I need a release form, just to get something out of my own car. So I say whatever and go get one from the police station. I asked the lady there and she said I don't need one to get something out of my car and she'll call over there. I go back to Guenther's and the same lady says I need to show her my license and insurance. I told her that the lady at the police station says I don' t need any of that to take something out of my car. The lady says she just wants to make sure that I don't leave my car there. " Are you serious my car is a 2007. I wouldn't leave my car in a junkie place like that." All I wanted was something out of my car and she was making it so difficult. I'm telling you the next step would have been a police escort. Anyway after a few minutes of that someone else jumps in and tells her to just let me into to my car. In her face. They seriously need to work on their customer service. Business Bureau is going to here about this.
