Said it would take about 4.5 hours to 5 hours to install on a manual car. After 2 FULL days of work=15 hours, it was finally done. I wish i never dropped my car off and had them work on it. Im sure they do other work ok, but i will never go back again unless i have to for a warranty issue.

• Pros: they seem to be believable
• Cons: took 15hrs to install a remote start on a manual car.
