We have been in our home for 14 months and just had our one year walk through list done and completed. My husband and I were amazed that they actually stuck to their word and came back to do touch up items. Friends of ours had a home built by another builder and they never heard or saw them again after settlement.

Finally we found someone to listen.Siracusa was willing to travel to our lot and obtain all our premits.They let us make plan changes and dealt with the town to solve all our problems.They said it couldn't be done but Siracusa keep at it and we now are on our land with in our dream house.Siracusa can get the job done.
