Shore Toyota Auto Body Review:
Please do not go to Auto body shop they are robbers. I've Toyota Highlander 2013 model. Frank Sederaio he is Auto Body sales man initially he quoted me $1443.23 and when I showed my insurance claim he change the price.
When I asked him when my car get done he said 3 to 5 business days when I called after five days no I did not said 3 to 5 business days it will take 5 to 7 business days not only that after seven days when I called he said car is not done yet Body shop ordered wrong parts so it will another two days.
He told me that was have three carrier vehicle to transport Turnersville for Auto body works, but they drove my car to Turnersville when I get back my car from Auto Body shop mileage was high and gas was used car was not washed. When I gave my car I had given instruction that when I receive my car interior should be spot less, but when I received my car had black spot.
I was mugged and robbed but I advise to all of you please don't give your valuable vehicle to Shore Toyota Auto Body shop.

I had a great experience. The service
department installed everything that I wanted in the vehicle I had just purchased from Shore Toyota. My tires were out of balance and they fixed that too. I was also satisifed with the price I received everything for.
Service is always good. Matt is the
best. Not much of a wait, which I like and I can visit with my friendly salesman, Courtney while I am waiting. Be back soon with the Highlander for service. This visit was for the Rav4.

Service Manager, Bob Fredericks, called us to let us know what had to be done to my car before doing the additional work. He called back to tell us when my car service was completed. Very nice not having to wait by the phone all day to get information that my car was ready for me to pick it up.
I came in for an oil change but also
mentioned that I was hearing a grinding noise when I stopped the car. It turned out that the car needed a lot of work but I could not afford to fix everything that day. Lori was more than helpful in assisting me on how to take care of what needed to be done.
