Like its Vegas counterparts, Trump's Taj reinvents a famous place for the pleasure of the gambling masses. Gilded minarets and carved stone elephants adorn this Indian-themed resort. Believe it or not, many Taj guests hail from India. Most rooms resemble those in the average Holiday Inn, excepting penthouse-style suites named for former Indian leaders and animal-themed hospitality suites, which include a wet bar and bath (connecting bedrooms optional). The casino's special draw is its 15,000-square-foot poker room, complete with a state-of-the-art air purifying system.

Overall I did like this casino, however I did not like the fact that it is always PACKED. The biggest thing that bothers me is that at 11 PM or 12 AM there were very young children laying or sitting around the cooridor of this casino. It was a very sad sight to see. They should prohit children from being in the hall ways after 9PM!

As soon as you walk into the Taj Mahal Casino from the Boardwalk, you are assaulted by sales representatives from Fairfield Resorts. It seems as though they won't take no for an answer once they are acknowledged. If you aren't interested in a timeshare, don't acknowledge these people. Just walk on by. Yes, it is rude, but so is harassing people on vacation. On the other hand, if you are interested in owning a timeshare through Fairfield Resorts, you can approach the sales representatives in the Taj. They will not sell you a timeshare right there, but make reservations for you to attend a 90-minute presentation about timeshares. You get some free stuff, too, like a free night at a hotel, show tickets and dinner, just for attending the presentation. After the presentation, you can sit down and discuss ownership with the sales representative there. PROS: if you're interested in a timeshare, this is a good thing for you CONS: annoying, harass people to purchase timeshares

I enjoyed staying at this hotel, the rooms were great and the casino was so much fun. Tons of slot machines to try your luck with. And the casino/hotel leads to the boardwalk , so it was beautiful.
