This restaurant's red roof has been part of AC's skyline since 1912--long before Trump took over this part of town. The cuisine honors the Inn's glory days, when the Rat Pack ruled, and food was simple and rich. Be prepared to become acquainted with oysters Adrienne, lobster Thermidor, crab meat-stuffed seafood and bleu cheese dressing. Succulent lobster stands out among entrees. Other best bests include flavorful seafood bouillabaisse and tender pork prime rib.

The Knife and Fork is one of the best restaurants in Atlantic City. The food is fresh and prepared in a magnificant fashion. The ambiance is amazing, and the bar is a great meeting place. The seafood is always prepared in an interesting way and the specials are very creative. The service is second to none, and the wine list is one of the best around. If you want to go to a first class restaurant, and want avoid the casino crowds, the Knife and Fork is the best option in AC.

My fiance and I went here to celebrate our engagement. When he called to make the reservation he had let them know we were getting engaged before coming and asked if we could have an isolated table. The manager went out his way to our evening and experience special. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and the food!
