Amazing service! GREAT FOR LARGE PARTIES. We were a party of 25 for a bachelorette party. They were very accommodating on a saturday night where every other place in AC would have been a nightmare. Everything was absolutely wonderful and far beyond exceeded my expectations. The service was impeccable, our food came out very very fast and perfect, and the staff was very attentive and took great care of us. They made the bachelorette party very enjoyable and memorable and I highly Tun Tavern to anyone!

Marine's Stay Clear!!!. If you earned the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor, stay away from the Tun Tavern! We drove from Quantico (over 3 hours) with great enthusiasm to see this place. Based on the web site, we expected there would be some historical relevance to the Corps. The Tun Tavern is a disgraceful use of the name and the proud heritage of the Corps . There is almost no historical significance, memorabilia, or reference to the Marine Corps. Beyond the shameful use of the Tun Tavern name, the food, and the service was very poor. The beer was okay but not worth the aggravation of putting up with wait staff that did not have a clue why the name of the pub was the Tun Tavern! AND, the picture of the sailor on the head?? What is that all about? If you want mediocre beer, overpriced food served by snotty staff, and a generic atmosphere, this is your place. Marines stay away! S/F

One of the best!. Me & my Fiance went out to dinner their the other night & let me tell you it was the best meal we had in a long time. I had the porterhouse. It was cooked to perfection, very juicy & flavorful. She had the salmon oscar. Talk about portion sizes. It was amazing. The service was great, & so was the knowledge of beer & wine. I would highly recommend Tun Tavern as a must visit for lunch or dinner, when coming to Atlantic City.

Fun @ the Tun!!. I dine all over the Atlantic City/Philadelphia Metro area, and one of my favorite places to go is the Tun Tavern (right next to Convention Center). Being the only brewery in all of Atlantic City, they offer a wide variety of delicious hand-crafted beers. They have something for everyone, from the Tun Light for casual beer drinkers, or specialty beers like the Ginger Brew which I personally love. The bartenders there are excellent, both with their exceptional customer service and their knowledge of all the different beers most guests like me know very little about. The service is always excellent, and the food is extraordinary. Not too expensive, I usually choose from one of the several steak or seafood items off the menu, or choose to try whatever is being offered as a dinner special for that day. The steaks are among the best I' ve had anywhere, let alone in the immediate AC area! Plus the live entertainment they have makes the atmosphere that much better for guy like me that likes to hang out and get a few beers with friends. Great food, beer, service, and music-- what else can you ask for?! Nothing if you're me!! Highly recommend the Tun Tavern.

BEST WINGS EVER!!!. I've been going to the Tun Tavern for almost three years now. My friends and I love it for a great place to grab some good food or a few drinks. The interior is spacious and has a great feel to it. Our favorite night to go is Wednesdays for wing night. I'm a big wing critic and theirs are amazing! They have great sized wings and their wing sauce is delicous and full of flavor. Top it with a pitcher of their home brewed irish red beer, you'll be a regular there too!!

great fun! Great Location. I highly recommend this restraunt! Me and my two friends went to the tun tavern a couple friday evenings ago and really just loved it. they brewed their own beers which one of my guy friends said was excellent. I believe it was the irish red.For dinner i ordered the porterhouse steak which was excellent and greatly priced(wasnt a fortune like Most casinos)! but the quality of meat was great! my one friend had a burger and swears it was the best burger he ever had. Not only was the food great the service was excellent too!

Don't waste your hard earned money or your time!. This is not the place to go if you want something decent to eat. Service was so-so. The waitress was pleasant enough. The wait for the food was another thing. They seem to have someone in a chef's hat expediting the platters, however, we waited over 45 minutes for just sandwiches. I noticed food sitting under a heat lamp for long periods of time. Our food was just about warm, the lettuce was beyond wilted, more like green slime. The medium burger was dried out and the french fries were cold. I guess people come here because it's close to the convention center, which is why we ended up there. But NEVER again! If I want lousy food, I'll go to McDonalds, at least it's hot.

Think twice about the Tun. the service was very slow the wait staff seemed more interested in pleasing the owner than the customer. i guess it's so they can keep their jobs but after all the customer is the one to please. In addition the food was so-so. there are many other fine places to eat in AC so why pick the Tun.

Great Beer, terrible service, below average food. After making reservations one month in advance and then learning that they had been discarded for some reason, we waited over an hour to get a table, while management was borderline rude and unapologetic about our situation. The food was average at best. Would not return for dinner.

POOR FOOD SERVICE. Went yesterday 3/3 and had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get my food. That is just too long. Don't know if I would go again.
