Chines take-out/delivery. The one on Ventnor Ave. does not have an eating area it is strictly pick up or delivery. They have a nice-sized restaurant in Ventnor Heights in the Ventnor Plaza which they call Tsui's II. Food is average tasting. Not the best in town,…
