We were very happy with our stay at the Day's Inn at Atlantic City. The room was very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in the middle of the attractions at Atlantic City! You have all the casinos around you, the board walk is less than a block away and all the designer stores are within walking distance.

We were in AC for the Orion Music festival and needed a room for 6. This was the only hotel that could accommodate us without having to book a second room. I was a little worried by the other reviews, but we had no problems with the hotel. Yes, we did have to pay in full at check in, but it was an event weekend and we expected it. The hotel is literally steps from the boardwalk in between the Taj Mahal and Ceasars, and right near the entrance to the beach. The beach was very clean and uncrowded, and it was nice that it was free! The room was nice enough and the air conditioner did a great job during the heat wave. We did not have any issues with the staff of the hotel. When we needed extra towels, they gave us plenty. They made sure there was fresh coffee in the morning, although we did not take advantage of the muffins & cereal. They were very accommodating with cleaning the room around our schedule, not theirs. They have free parking and we were able to park our car right outside the door of the lobby so we left our beach towels, chairs etc in the car and grabbed them before heading to the beach. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, so we didn’t even move the car for the 5 days we were staying there. There is a Jitney stop right at the end of the block, so we were able to get to and from the festival, cheaply and easily. We would definitely stay here again.

Read some reviews after making reservation & thought I made a mistake...Mistake was believing some of the other reviews.This motel has NO Valet parking nor do they want to carry your bags to the room for an extra tip. We stayed in the room with 3 double beds for 2 nights. The beds were above average, the room was clean, the location to the Boardwalk & casinos is great. The breakfast is average, but it wasn't powdered milk as one reviewer wrote. Don't be afraid to stay here......Is it the Hilton? No, I didn't expect it to be. The towels aren't 2 inches thick & plush, but they were O.K..

This hotel is a great alternative to the high prices of the big boardwalk hotels. I have stayed here several times during the past 6 months. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just a few steps to the boardwalk make this hotel very convenient. No complaints whatsoever.

The hotel was close to the boardwalk. The facility is run down, but the room itself was very nice for the money. If you can stand an older elevator and lousy pavement in the large parking lot it is a good choice. They have internet in the lobby (for us lower tech people) and a nice lobby TV. Breakfast was good for what it was. I would stay there again as a budget minded traveler.

I had requested a king bed smoking room, and got a double bed nonsmoking room. The first night we had a party going on in the room next to us...until 6:30am!! Also received a few phone calls from some drunk guy. I was not happy, when I went to the desk to complain in the morning, they changed our room to a better much nicer one. I would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here a few times and find this place to be a good value for it's location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Not many hotels off the boardwalk are in safe areas. This is close enough to get to the action of the casinos.
