I LOVE this Place. To be honest I found this place on the internet it had a

bad reveue and I had to think about staying there. After getting to AC I knew this was a good location for what I needed. It was located out side of AC with good public transportation ,also had all in house needs the cost was right, every thing you use at home.I come from a large family and lots friends I would recommend the THE OWL MOTEL to all friends and family.This is my secound stay at the OWL MOTEL I will be back.

Avoid This Place!. Do not stay here!!

The place was so dirty and old. Motel must be from the 1950 and everything in it is just as old - very unkept and delapidated. The bedspread was burned and stained, looked like original from the 50s, ripped vinyl headboard, cheap cloth picture on wall ripped. Burn marks on sinks, counters and furniture. Furniture very old and drawers very hard to open and close - did not use.

2 inches of dirty moldy caulk all over the bathroom. Floors were completely filthy, every piece of metal is orange with rust, including the lampshades. Had to clean filter in AC because room smelled like smoke. Tub, sinks and toilet all have terrible drainage problems - block up as soon as water is turned on. Toilet bowl cracked.

I wouldn't consider this a very safe neighborhood. Strange people hanging around at night - strange cars coming and going at all hours. The outside door frame was kicked in at one time because it was nailed and patched back together. My family and I couldn't wait to check out. This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in and we vacation a lot. Definitely not worth the money - very overpriced for the condition it is in. Owners should spend some of the money for upgrades or tear the place down and build new. Please spend your money at a known chain and do not stay here - would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Owner was very nice, Room looks ok at a glance untill you turn down the bed!. The price was right but you get what you pay for,The room appeared to be neat and clean but the bedspreads were worn with holes underneath and pillows flat. really needs some new bedding. I recommend bringing your own. We didn't realize this until we turned down the bed at 2:00am. Very loud music coming from another room at 7:00am.
